First I want to thank my friend for 2 reasons:1) For getting on my nerves to make me read a kannada book!! :D2) For having recommended this book to me after I decided to read a kannada book!It was a marvellous read, from start to the finish. Not once, did the narration slacked up nor did it became a drag. The story was interesting and fun and the characters were lively.Now I am looking forward to read more Kannada books! :)

Karvahlo is a different story. This is a story about the expedition of a scientist with the help of few villagers to find the trail of a flying chameleon. That's right. The protagonist seemed like a curious answer seeker who takes part in this expedition. But, Dr. Karvahlo is the one who takes all the credits. A gripping tale and a must read.

karvalo my favourite book i ever read. i feeling like to be in the forest with the team who are searching of flying lizard. mm gud experince. i read this book when i was in 7th standard. when i felt lonelyless i began to read this book and felt cool.

One of the best book by K.P. Purnachandra Tejaswi. The scientist Karvalo bring's us to the new world by explaining the critical topics in very understandable way and story is very adventures.

Thejaswi is a unique writer in Kannada, I read Karvalo when I was 16 for the first time. and was confused between the reality and illusion. recently I read the book once again, it is awesome. simply superb. worth collecting for library at home. The marriage of mandanna was completely funny. the climax is completely curious.

One of best adventurous novels, set in the western ghats, mudigere of Karnataka. The story is so engrossing that you would visualise that place while you're reading it. Could be made into an amazing TV series. No less than any international best sellers. Go for it.

KP's writings never ceases to amaze me. I was intrigued by the name of the novel and being an admirer of his writings i started out with lots of expectations. I was not disappointed. This may not be his best but it sure keeps you engaged. There are lots of humorous parts which will make you laugh aloud.
