away from the content, and what I could glean from the lesson I could have picked up from any alternative mental health magazine In fact, this book read like a memoir clumsily inserted and meshed with a limited, maybe warped, understanding of metaphysics In sections where he depicts dialogue between his ego and his higher self , I had wondered what was the point of writing this down when the lesson could be and was summarized at the end of each chapter with the dialogue Thus, I learned to skip the dialogues, skimming through them once or twice to see if anything was pertinent to the summary it wasn t.I had to utilize my note taking skills just to keep my attention on the book so I could finish it, though I don t have a need for the notes. What I did like, though, was the memoir parts of the book, and that could have been a separate book on its own I was also tickled by his plugging in the link to his meditative technology not faulting him, though, because he did spend a lot of money developing it and studying its use, so why not pitch a sale or two to readers flag Like see review Melissa Cheresnick rated it really liked it Oct 28, 2018 Lori Gertz rated it it was amazing May 23,
