Green Egg remains the longest running, and most well-known Pagan publication in the world. This collection is a God/Goddess-send to those seeking advice, guidance, knowledge, perspective from elders, or humor.


    2. I gave this book four stars not necessarily because of literary value, , but because it has immense historical value. Green Egg was the first and foremost Pagan magazine for many years, whose articles and always-active letters column fostered both controversy and a sense of community.     3. A fascinating look at the history of modern paganism with some truly fascinating and entertaining articles. I especially liked 'Panganism: The Next Gereration' and several of the fiction entries. Some of the nonficiton was scary in its militant attitude, but I suppose that level of aggression was needed to break thru the christian establishment. It's interesting to see how attitudes and priorities have changed in 30 years. It's also a good reminder of the groundbreaking work done by early member [...]
