    About "Jasmine Walt"

      • Jasmine Walt

Jasmine Walt Is a well-known author, some of his books are a fascination for readers like in the Marked by Magic book, this is one of the most wanted Jasmine Walt author readers around the world.

    1. Marked by Magic (The Baine Chronicles #4) by Jasmine Walt we finally find out who the Benefactor is! This has so much action, mystery, fights, magic, and romance in it. This one I liked best so far. Really good series, I just love it! Every book so far have been 5 stars! Great plots, characters, dialogue, magic, fantasy, action, adventure, suspense, and so much more! I bought the rest of the series!

    2. 4+ starsFinally some movement with the sloooooooow burn romance, but the long arc is seriously heating up, too. This is a good series and the world is so screwed up that I can see it going longer than the current arc, if the author chooses. The characters are really very good, as well. This is one of those series that gets better with each book.

    3. My first time reading this series and I loved it! Full of action, magic, mystery, the power of friendship & love. This is a book that I highly recommend getting your hands on when it's released!

    4. I stumbled onto this series a few months ago and was almost instantly hooked. It contains two of my favorite genres, paranormal/shifters and magic. Since the protagonist, Sunaya, embodies both - it only made the reading more enjoyable. The newest addition to the series, "Marked by Magic" continues Sunaya's story of trials, tribulation, and angst as she stuggles to embrace her dual heritage of shifter/mage while struggling with her growing attraction for her mentor, Iannis in the midst of a growi [...]

    5. Reviewed by Whitney@Shooting Stars ReviewsMarked by Magic has Sunaya trying to stay out of the way so the Chief Mage can help stop the rebellion, and so she doesn't get killed. She ends up doing things to help out even though it is dangerous. And add in the issues with her the Chief Mage and things are getting interesting. This book starts out good, and the middle is good, but I felt like towards the ending it starts to get rushed and things sort of come out of nowhere. It was a little annoying, [...]

    6. Very good!A great climax to an excellent story. Many threads remain, but for now their greatest opponent is at hand. Loved every word.

    7. Actual is 5.2. Plenty character growth and non stop action. And just when you think Jasmine is going to end the series she throws in another twist. I can't wait to start book 5.

    8. This is a great 4th installment of the Baine Chronicles. Thank you Jasmine for the advanced copy in exchange for a review. Grammar:Even for an advanced copy the grammar and wording is very solid. Very few mistakes were in the book that caused me to double read a sentence. And most or all of these will be gone by the time the book is published.Story: Sunaya has to yet again deal with her dual nature and finds herself on both sides of struggle for power. She manages to solve a few of the mysteries [...]

    9. okay you're probably wondering why it took 3 day for me to complete this book, it isn't the book, personal issues, work and life just got in the way It actually took about 3 hours total to completely devour it. Once again we pick up where Sunaya left off, not always a good place We begin to see Sunaya develop her Mage skills and depend less on her shifter side.I'll not give away much more than thatJasmine Walt continues to write an intelligent adult fantasy with lots of plot twists and character [...]

    10. So n0w iv'e spent all night reading this one and I have to say it is the best one so far and really good. Finally we get answers and background on more than one of the characters that we have known next to nothing about. The world building is still pretty crappy which is why it doesn't deserve more than 4 stars. But the dialogue and such is better. The action is still pretty damn short and it isn't even really that good when any action happens. I can't see this series lasting very long maybe 2 b [...]

    11. I received this book as an ARC for my review. I LOVE this author! I was enthralled from the beginning of her very first book in this series. The characters and story draw you in, leave you wondering, and anxious for the next in the series. I love it when characters grow and change during a series, and this holds true for Sunaya and her friends. Many questions are answered, and many more are raised. I cannot wait for book #5!

    12. I received a free copy of this book for my honest review. These books are getting better, the plot and pacing have show vast improvements over the second book. There are still things that could be better, like character development of the side characters and some of the dialogue. In general, it was a very enjoyable book and I look forward to the next book.

    13. This book was worth the wait. Looking forward to book 5, who is Sunaya ? I hope this question will be answered in book 5 finally.

    14. Entertaining readThis is a good read the adventure of the people in this story have a charm to them in the way it's told I liked it wait for the next

    15. GreatIt was a great quick read. And a nice steamy scene to be enjoyed. Have fun, I did! I cannot wait for the next book

    16. I used whispersync to switch from reading and listening. So nice that I could flip back and forth between them when I needed to.I love this series. So many parallels to the real world, and yet still firmly rooted in it's own magical world. A lot of action, and some romance, with a lot of mystery and political maneuvering. From the ending I think there might be more political intrigue in the next book as certain people try getting in between the main character and her romance. Looking forward to [...]

    17. “Heroes were objects of admiration, but they were also targets.”‘Marked by Magic’ started off with a bang! I loved the action packed beginning of this book as we follow Sunaya, now both a hero to a few and a target for most, as she navigates the violent political upheaval of the city. Sunaya really progresses as a character as she exposes and is exposed to the problems in the city. I like that she is strong in the face of so much death and discrimination but part of me wishes she could b [...]

    18. This is the fourth book in her series Sunaya Baine (Naya). I love these books and can't get enough! I read through one a day if that tells you anything about how great they are. I would recommend reading the previous three books prior to reading this one otherwise you will be wondering who, what, etc. as this book helps fill in questions from the previous three. The tables seem to start turning for Naya in this book. Relationships strengthen, new plots develop while old plots close, or at least [...]

    19. Basically the overarching story keeps going on for another book, and continues at the end of this one too. More or less what you expect will happen will happen, however the ride is enjoyable. This does mean the ending is left a bit open ended but what do you expect from a multi-book series.Expect your usual powering up of magical superhero in this book and look out for Chekhov's magical artifacts. There's not loads of these but I guarantee you'll spot them when they happen.Oh if you were hoping [...]

    20. The absence of the Chief Mage has resulted in a total annihilation of law and order in Sunaya's hometown. As she tries to help the mages restore the city she is marked by the Resistance as an enemy. She's got to lok out not just for the external enemies out to shoot, burn and stab her, but also deal with the physiology of being a shifter female in heat. Of course the one male she wants is the one she can not have! Again a whole lot is going on in this book and while Naya and Iannis seem to be ma [...]

    21. My heart goes out to Sunaya. Never quite feeling like she fits anywhere, but then again most heros and heroines never do. Plenty of action, battles, deception, and sexual tension to keep one's attention along with a surprise ending. The story is well developed and provides a lot of entertaining scenes. The narrator did an awesome job!

    22. This whole series is captivating. A snarky protagonist just learning her powers and a slew of interesting antagonists. Her kind is looked down and persecuted on by the ruling Mage society. OK, it sounds like a lot of books in this genre, but it is really well done and kept me reading through the whole series. I've pre-purchased the book in the series that is due out at year-end.

    23. Well written and rivetingLove this story! Jasmine Walt tells a great story that keeps you turning the pages. The lead in to the romance is subtle without being trite and isn't gratuitous. I love the way she gives just enough information to keep you reading without frustrating you. Can't wait to read the next.

    24. Marked by MagicAnother fantastic addition to the series! Things really heat up in this story as the Resistance threats everything. I loved how dark and unpredictable it was. From the first page I was pulled in and I love the characters and enjoy learning a little more about them in each book.I can’t wait to read the next book.

    25. This is my favorite book out of the series so far. It finally feels like things are moving along. The h and H finally get together. The plot also gets some traction in the fight against the Resistance.

    26. I truly can't say enough good things about this series, and I consistently and eagerly am always looking forward to a new installment! Ms. Walt has created a fascinating and yet somehow familiar world, with interesting and well-developed characters.

    27. Not too bad, the story is getting more fun. I still really like Sunaya. Still think the whole thing is happening too quickly Love Fenris. Love Iannis. They're cool. Never know whether to find Iannis' protection of Sunaya endearing or annoying much like her I guess.

    28. A book worth readingThis is an incredible series and each book just delves further into the story and it hooks you. There is a huge war between the factions and things really neat up between Sunaya and Iannis.
