    1. I grew up with the Disney version of Pooh and wasn't properly introduced to Milne's originals until fairly recently. The originals are, of course, far superior, but Disney is still fun. Now that I'm more familiar with both, I think Disney did do a pretty good job adapting the stories. The language is simpler and more straightforward, but these beloved characters are much the same. For better or worse, my toddler son is now a fan of the Winnie the Pooh cartoons, so I'm working on carrying that int [...]

    2. This book was also really cute! It follows the adventures of Pooh Bear and is basically an adaption of the animated movie (which is one of my favorites of all time). I think that Pooh is just one of those characters who is amazing and I will love regardless.

    3. I love Winnie the Pooh, there truly isn't anything like him. I mean, what isn't to like about an adorable bear with a head full of fluff. It was this ongoing adoration that brought me to this book in the first place, but if I'm honest, I felt slightly betrayed. Pooh, Tigger, Rabbit, Owl, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga and Roo were still wonderful, and the stories fun, but it was the art that let it down. I don't think it lived up to the timeless elegance of the originals that are courtesy of A.A Milne an [...]

    4. I DIDN'T READ THIS EXACT BOOK!! I can't find the Winnie the Pooh books I read, but there was one called "Winnie the Pooh: Does it Float" that I think would be a fantastic book to teach young children about floating and sinking. This book can jumpstart a science lesson on sinking and floating. The class can discuss why certain items in the book float, but others sink.

    5. It was a really well-written, really cute and really fast-paced Disney book. It had really colorful illustrations, really memorable characters, really fun adventures and great stories. This is one of the best Disney books I've ever read in my whole life. I highly recommend this book to old and new Disney Pooh fans of all ages.

    6. This was a decent version of the Milne classic. It is a simplified version but the Disney illustrations and cute nature of Winnie the Pooh carry it.

    7. Great children's book that many of us read. They often taught us a lesson with familiar characters. This is a book that no matter how old it is it can always be used within a classroom.

    8. This is a longer picture book (it's like 96 pages or so!) with all three Winnie the Pooh movie stories in it. The art is a little weird.

    9. This book reminded me of the movie, and I now have the songs stuck in my head. :) Great for kids - interestingly nostalgic illustrations.

    10. Just seeing the title with the cover of that lovable little honey-addict Pooh, makes me smile with nostalgia. I would say more, but I am off to have tea with Rabbit.

    11. Delightful, funny. After some disappoinments with book selections, I found this to be just what I needed. I found myself chuckling, and just loved the stories.
