A book that guides you through managing and mitigating this risk is surely a good thing, if you think about it.Now, the authors have done a good job in corralling their thoughts, underlining the importance of reputation and managing it. This is not a “do-it-yourself PR guide” although you stand to gain a fair few good tips. [...]
