    2. This is a great little book of 30 reminders of simple ways to bring more happiness into our lives. Some of them should be apparent, such as standing barefoot the on grass and just breathing or watching the birds, but it is so easy to get caught up in the everyday busyness of our lives that we forget to slow down and take the time, even just for a few minutes a day, to do these things.
