    1. An eclectic and entertaining selection of stories. My two favourites are 'Niagara Falls' (James Wall) and 'Power Surge' (Graeme Finnie). I've always been interested in the Stanley Milgram experiments from the early Sixties, which investigated blind obedience to authority. This is brilliantly dramatised in 'Power Surge'. 'Niagara Falls' was simply and beautifully told. To me it was like a novel compressed into just twelve pages.Some of the stories are more 'experimental' in style, each offering a [...]

    3. haven't read a short story collection for a while, and i don't think this was the right one for me to get back into it with. some very interesting ideas, some of which worked better than others! blog review to come.
