    1. About a forth of a way into this book I felt sucker punched. I shouldn’t have been surprised because this author writes gut-wrenching books but I wasn’t expecting for the feelings I went through in The Wrong Sister (this book/series is about the daughters of Jessie and Will) to come back with such a vengeance. I am going to say from this point on if you haven’t read The Wrong Sister there may be spoilers. When this book first started I was not impressed with Christina. She seemed like she [...]

    2. THE HORROR.Quiero fingir que jamas lo leí, no puedo creer que alguien tan tonta sea hija de Will y Jessie, que decepción. Y ni hablar de Max, que porquería de persona, la relación que tiene con Christina es super enfermiza, un horror.

    3. This was a pretty good book. I like how the author deals with issues a lot of us don't know about or don't want to acknowledge.

    5. Great read I love this series because it just doesn’t stop and make you wonder. It keeps going and gives you more. I like to know what happens after and this series does that for me. Love it!!

    6. Christina is the daughter of Jesse and Will from the Sister Series. She is the oldest and she is very close to her Dad, but she is somewhat resentful of her Mom. Sometimes her Mom has "bad" days where she stays in her room. To Christina, there is no reason for her Mom to behave this way and she can't understand why her Dad allows it. Will finally decides to let Christina know some of what happened to her mom, and it shocks her and gives her a new appreciation of the strength of her Mom.Max is th [...]

    7. This review is from: Christina (Daughters Series, #1) (Kindle Edition)I was so hesitant to continue on in this series after reading Olivia & Derek's story. Usually young adult stories are not my thing because of my age. I couldn't help but wonder about Max, so I went ahead (with some trepidation) and started Christina. I was pleasantly surprised! The author did a very good job of showing the growth of Christina & Max. She showed Christina as a typical teenager, a bit spoiled & defini [...]

    8. I can't get enough of Davis writing. She got me from book 1 of Jessie story and I can't stop reading. The story keeps you going with suspense, dark side, tears, chills, laughing, sexy and love. Very emotional but love it. I never expected this story with Christina and Max secretly hiding there love of one another. Max is broken from his past and can't show his love. He hardly talks and does not touch or feel. He only gets relief from street fighting. What he knows from his past. Christina is the [...]

    9. Christine didn't disappointI totally loved the Sisters series and couldn't wait to start the Daughters series. Christine didn't disappoint On to Natalie :) Great books by a great author!

    10. Another heartfelt account of young people dealing with the hard knocks life deals out. I love the parallels drawn between the hardships of the parent's past and their children in the present. Very clever story telling.

    11. AwsomeWant to read more of the daughter series this author has been tops in keeping you interested in her plots

    12. I feel like all these characters are family. After reading the Sister Series it only seems fitting to read about the main characters daughters. Can't wait to read more of Leanne Davis's series.
