    1. This is a short from a new series that I am very fond of. The beginning of psychoanalysis being used in crime detection and the two main characters are a detective and an analyst. Not sure what I think of these shorts but this was a pretty complete story and very atmospheric.

    2. An interesting novella worth the 99 cents, I guess. I love Frank Tallis's full-length books about historic Vienna. Thought I would try this since he doesn't come out with his novels that often. I missed all the historic details and character development of his books.

    3. 3 1/2 stars. I liked the setting and the detective paired with the psychiatrist. I'd like to read a full length story.
