    2. Excellently crafted short story. The character is well rounded and yet confined by circumstance and his gentlemanly honour. I read this story last year as Mr. Bingle was gracious enough to write on demand for GISHWHES participants. Although I had a story from another author, I wanted to support his generosity of time and talent by reading one of his stories. This is the one he recommended to me (as I am a huge horror fan).
